Social Media & Content Manager - Luxury
This is an excellent opportunity for a creative Social Media Manager to work with a luxury swimwear brand who are about to launch an exciting new website.
Reporting directly into the Director of Marketing and working alongside a fantastic Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll responsible for leading and executing the social media strategy and creating engaging content/assets across all channels.
Tasked with driving growth on each platform, you’ll ensure that follower engagement and sentiment remain high so that the brand is at the forefront of the customer's mind. The company are about to launch a brand new website and they're at an exciting point in their ecommerce growth. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to really make an impact in their next career move, there is a lot to do but the opportunity to achieve some great results is there.
The role is highly creative and you'd benefit from having experience in creative/design/editing tools and a passion for creating engaging organic content.
Located: London N3
Salary: £40k-£45k DOE
Developing, sharing and delivering a content strategy and calendar across social, email, web and blog.
Develop seasonal strategies that acquire new customers/followers, engage current customers, generate site traffic, increase conversion and complement overall marketing efforts and objectives.
Analyse and distribute weekly, monthly and quarterly reports on social media performance and analyse in relation to key competitors and KPIs.
Serve as the social media expert within the company, maintaining a cutting edge understanding of best practices, features, strategies and tactics.
Ability to be available to engage in social media activation in real time with an 'always on' attitude. Managing the end-to-end process for all shoots (ecomm, campaign, content) including moodboarding, casting, negotiations, retouching notes, etc.
Creating assets for both online and offline execution including but not limited to online banners and other interactive ad formats, paid and organic social campaigns
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and/or InDesign would be a huge plus
A little about you:
Previous experienced within a similar role in the fashion, lifestyle and/or luxury sectors
Creative flair, eye for design, typography and layout
A meticulous approach to project management
A ruthless ability to prioritise
A down-to-earth, hands-on team player
Photoshop and InDesign skills would be advantageous
4+ years of experience in social media and strategy
