Senior Ecommerce Manager - Start-up Fashion Brand - £55k-£65k

This is a rare opportunity for a senior ecommerce manager to lead the launch and growth of a new online woman’s fashion start-up brand, based in Notting Hill, London.

With a modern look, mass-market demographic and sustainable edge they have big plans in the first year. You would work closely with the owner take ownership of crafting the ecommerce strategy, owning the p&l and implementing the roadmap ahead. Excellent opportunity for an end to end ecommerce manager to be a part of a new fashion start-up and grow into a more senior role. The role would suit someone who still enjoys all the heavy lifting of being hands-on and implementing too while you build out a team over time.

The role:

  • Own and define the ecommerce strategy and roadmap

  • Develop and manage cost and sales budgets

  • Set up reporting & provide weekly forecasts for individual KPIs

  • Continually optimise the user experience

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive profitable sales, grow brand

  • Develop and implement a promotional/marketing plan

  • Build, lead & develop the ecommerce team including customer services

  • Set up 3rd party providers taking ownership all channels across acquisition, retention, user journey and conversion

You :

  • Previous experience of heading up an ecommerce team and a proven track record of growing sales online

  • Practical experience of digital marketing and CRM

  • Highly analytical with strong attention to detail.

  • Proven experience of managing third party suppliers

  • Self-motivated, detail orientated and able to prioritise workloads efficiently, effectively delivering projects according to tight deadlines

  • Would enjoy the start-up environment
