Shift are delighted to be working with a successful health subscription ecommerce brand looking for their new Ecommerce Manager.
With a unique proven business model they have grown organically and in an excellent position to dominate their market. Recently secured investment, the brand has set its sights on aggressive but realistic growth and seeking an end to end Ecommerce Manager to play a vital role in the journey. As the Ecommerce Manager you will define and implement a robust ecom strategy while also being hands on across project management, digital marketing and site optimisation. Excellent opportunity for an experienced Ecommerce manager to grow into a more senior role while taking on huge accountability for a profitable brand. As a newly created role there are loads of quick wins!
Work closely with the directors to define the e-commerce strategy and road map
Help to define the CRM and retention strategy to increase customer lifetime value and loyalty;
Develop web trading strategies to drive profitable sales, grow brand awareness, and acquire new customers.
Oversee an effective digital marketing function via 3rd party agencies
Project manage and decide on new site development / platform launch (e.g. magento)
Broad end-to-end ecommerce management experience and proven track record of online growth for an on-line retailer or subscription business.
Close involvement in the launch of a new / updated version of ecommerce web site
Experience across all channels from performance marketing to online trading
Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Ads
