Junior Ecommerce Manager - Premium Fashion
Based Central London
A British menswear brand is at an exciting time of growth and seeking a new (junior) Ecommerce Manager to work alongside the Head of Ecommerce.
With stores worldwide and loyal customer base they investing heavily in their ecommerce proposition making big changes to expand their brand worldwide. As their (junior) Ecommerce Manager you will have broad ownership while focusing on optimising the new site (Magento 2) having significant influence on the ecommerce journey. You will drive sales online working on digital projects to enhance the premium shopping experience online and trade the site on a weekly basis.
Working closely with the Head of Ecommerce to define KPIs for sales growth
Define and take ownership for optimising the site, delivering projects working closely with all 3rd party providers
Work closely with the designers and tech team to test and implement new functionality to drive sales
Play a vital role in implementation of marketing campaigns including launch of new season collections & promotional periods.
Report and offer actionable insight to help drive ROI
Responsible for onsite merchandising
Manage one ecommerce assistant working alongside the ecommerce team made up for content, digital marketing and merchandisers.
2- 3 years’ experience in an ecommerce luxury environment, ideally retail and fashion led
A history of strong online sales achievements and ROI
Previous experience working with the Magento 2 platform
Proficient with Photoshop, Microsoft excel and Google Analytics
Experience managing third-party agencies
Strong communication skills and a history of project management
