The role:

As part of a large secure and profitable B2B group, this is a superb opportunity for a commercial and entrepreneurial Marketing Manager to make a big impact.

Responsible for defining and executing the broad marketing strategy across all ATL marketing as well as growing their digital footprint, you’ll be joining at an exciting time as the brand launch a new very large catalogue; taking advantage of the new restructure and investment in the brand’s processes. The B2B brand is in a very healthy position to take advantage of the successful foundation while working closely with the owner alongside their sister brands.

Shift Hint: This role would suit a mid-level manager as it will be as hands-on as it is strategic.

What you WOULD expect:

  • Define, influence and implement the brand marketing strategy

  • Drive strategic customer acquisition with a focus on retention

  • Responsible for all channels including direct marketing, PR, digital, social, advertising, events and research in line with the marketing strategy and individual brand strategies.

  • Implementation of marketing campaigns with key partners

  • Working closely with all 3rd party suppliers and in-house sales and customer services team

  • Ensure all campaigns are launched to deadline with a clearly identified target audience and results-focused KPIs Identify ways to drive traffic, conversion, customer retention and overall online improvements

  • Coordinating SEO across the site from products, categories, pages and social media

What you may NOT know:

  • Very profitable business model and infrastructure and strong USP

  • Real accountability to take ownership to define a fresh and creative marketing strategy

And what about you?

  • Must have broad Marketing Management experience and proven track record of successful b2b marketing campaigns and launching new products

  • Deep understanding of Events, PR, advertising and all direct marketing channels as well as digital (content, social media, SEO)

  • As hands-on as you are a strategic

  • Amazing ability to build relationships and influence with an entrepreneurial mindset.
