Global Ecommerce Operations Manager

Reporting to the Senior Ecommerce Manager you’ll join the world’s most recognised luxury brands at an incredible time as they continue to roll out their international omnichannel proposition.
This is a rare opportunity for an Ecommerce Operations Manager to play a vital part in the roll-out of omnichannel initiatives and optimising of the EU sites.
At a glance:
Responsible for the ecom day to day operations and current omnichannel initiatives eg click and collect
Key stakeholder for cross-functional international teams including customer service, ecommerce, IT, retail, warehouse, logistics and all 3rd party relationships
Day-to-day operational management of new omnichannel initiatives, ensuring processes are working efficiently.
Subject matter expert in the ecommerce platform, systems and tools, working to support cross-functional teams, and advise on process.
Managing the operational roll-out of new features and ecommerce projects, ensuring all teams are up-to-date and communication is clear and concise.
Managing documentation in relation to ecommerce operations processes and ensuring this is up-to-date and maintained.
Supporting ecommerce projects with UAT, ensuring accuracy and that all timelines are met.
Managing and optimising new features post-launch - identifying new opportunities.
Using insights and analysis to investigate any potential issues throughout the end-to-end customer journey, and suggesting opportunities for optimisation.
Leading and supporting site optimisation initiatives day-to-day such as A/B testing, MVT, data-driven insights, working
And you are…
Experienced (5 yrs +) ecommerce operations manager with a track record working within omnichannel fashion or retail environment
Must have global market experience of omnichannel initiatives such as click and collect, payments etc
Working in a cross-functional ideally international role
Experience working across ecommerce project launches, including participation in UAT
Track record working across multi-lingual, multi-currency European sites.
