CRM Manager - British Lifestyle Brand

An outstanding, newly created opportunity for a Global CRM Manager eager to own and execute all end-to-end Global Multi-channel CRM and Email strategies. A rare opportunity to join a Premium British lifestyle brand, that dominate their sector globally. Their most recent apparel launch is now responsible for over 50% of stores revenue and 20% online. The focus these next few years for the brand is global omnichannel proposition, with large emphasis/ budget on customer retention and loyalty programmes.

Salary: Up to £50K DOE

 The job in ONE sentence:

 Responsible for creating, owning and executing all end-to-end Omnichannel CRM and email strategies across all 8 key Global Markets (incl. US, UK and Canada); using global multi-channel data to automate, segment and personalise a large database.

In-depth RESPONSIBILITIES details, you will be:

  • Create, develop and execute a global strategy across key global markets.

  • Own, plan and execute all aspects of CRM and email; developing best lifecycle automations.

  • Inform customer acquisition strategy – working closely with the acquisition teams on channels.

  • Create, test and optimise communications using data based on customer behaviour, email interaction and purchase history.

  • Managing and developing the different touch points to collect data, enabling a closer single customer view.

  • Manage and mentor a CRM Coordinator (direct report) and Digital Artworker (indirect report).

  • Managing the CRM and email marketing budget.

  • Managing internal stakeholders and processes.

A little about YOU:

  • 4+ years’ experience in an CRM/email role within fashion, retail Ecommerce

  • Hands-on experience using CRM software to execute email marketing communications; such as Ometria or Emarsys and good understanding of direct mail communications.

  • A positive, proactive, go-getter approach who works well in a fast-paced, team environment.
